Announcing the launch of INSCAT - Insight Skills and capabilities Assessment Tool
Nowell Stone are excited to announce the launch of INSCATTM.
INSCATTM is an assessment tool that allows organisations to evaluate the current skills and capabilities of their “insight team”. No longer is insight just about what the analysts do; but how they do it – i.e. how they integrate and communicate with the business. And this requires something other than technical developments. This requires the analytical and research community to come out of their quasi-technical shells and join the team as fully fledged members of the commercial environment.
With the use of INSCATTM we can identify any gaps and opportunities for changes to the team’s mindsets, behaviours and processes. This enables them to truly evolve and become extremely effective.
